The "First Chance" period for community only offers ended on May 14, 2010 with no acceptable offers. Potential purchase discussions continue with a couple of community groups. We anticipate having an "open to all parties" offering and will post the associated details as soon as they are available.

Minimal custodial maintenance will continue on portions of the former golf course and clubhouse property. We ask that all Atascocita area residents respect the fact that the golf course land is private property, just like everyone's home. Trespassing, vandalism or theft will be referred to the Harris County Constable's office. Please help us to monitor and prevent these activities.
